4 week client transformation


I’m really excited for my friend and client, Chandler, who I’ve been working with since late December. With goals in tightening up, she went from 135# to 129# in her first 4 weeks, hiting her goal weight.  From then, she lost another 4lbs and 3% in body fat. In 8 weeks,  she lost a total of 5 overall inches!
Chandler only saw me once a week so I wrote her up an exercise program for her to do on her own as well provided a suggested daily macro nutrient (proteins, fats & carbohydrates) goal.
She essentially did it on her own, I just gave her some tools. There’s more work to be done but she’s had a successful start!
