Training the Deadlift

I’m diggin’ this new training program I’m on and about 7 weeks in.  I’m feeling really strong and progressing fast. I’ve changed my macros and seeing my body grow nicely.  I max out in about a week to see where I’m at then I’ll have about 6 more weeks until the Texas State Powerlifiting meet in San Antonio.
