Zucchini and Shrimp Salad


My husband made this refreshing meal! He used a Julian Peeler to shred zucchini, cucumbers and red bell peppers which he soaked in red wine vinegar for about an hour during which he prepped and grilled shrimp, sliced avacados and lime for the topping. I added a dash of Chalula Lime sauce. Yum!
